Essential Oils – a Fad or For Real? (part 1)

It had long since come to my attention that people of accomplishment rarely sat back and let things happen to them. They went out and happened to things  -Leonardo Da Vinci
Last time we learned a little bit about the use and benefits of essential oils, specifically aromatically. If you want a refresher on how to keep yourself sane on your commute to and from work CLICK HERE.
This time around, we are going to be diving a bit deeper to talk about two ways you can treat essential oils,…and the results that follow.
Essential oils have taken off in popularity recently! People are talking about them left and right. Did you know they’ve been around since plants have been around? Yep. They are as old as the earth, but with modern advances in science and technology, we’ve been able to harvest them better and better so now they can be used even more powerfully than even a few decades ago.
Regardless of how long they’ve been around, you may be asking yourself, is this essential oils thing just a fad, or is this for real ?
Well, it can be either one.
Honest! It really depends on YOU.
And no, in case you were wondering, I’m not talking about the placebo effect (the placebo effect is when people are involved with a fake treatment but they have positive results because they had the expectation that it would give them positive results). Essential oils don’t just work for people who believe that they will work for them. They work for people who absolutely did not think that they would work!

Although sometimes the placebo effect may work in favor of those using essential oils, essential oils are a real toolbox that you can utilize, even if you’re having trouble believing that you’ll have positive results.

The reason that essential oils can be a fad OR for real for you depends on your mindset, skill set, and practice. If you take them seriously and incoporate healthy habits into your life, essential oils can be amazing empowering tools for you to be able to tackle all the stresses of life head on. If however, you treat them like a fad, then you will find that they are just a fad for you.
Your essential oil experience can absolutely be whatever you decide to make it.

Decide today which you want your experience to be. Do you want to create a truly amazing experience with this gift of nature called “essential oils” and have it impact your life for the better? Do you want to make them “for real” in your life?
Or do you just want to participate in the “fad” and when they don’t give you instant results, move on to the next thing?
I want you to really give thought to how you want to treat this topic.
In fact, I’m SO serious that I’m going to hold off to giving you the secrets of how to fulfill your dreams of making essential oils for real in your life until next week. I want you to be sure you know which path you want to take!
Stay tuned! Next week I will outline the “How to” of the two paths you can take with essential oils.
P.S. If you think you’re ready to take essential oils for real, and you just can’t wait until next week to find out how- please reach out by hitting the “Contact Us” button. We want to help you on your journey on the path to healing and wellness.
